Deborah Hadley recommends Frolics Restaurant
What a fantastic little place with a fabulous choice of gluten free food. The menu was not marked up as gluten free but our very obliging waiter showed me exactly what I could safely eat. I believe one of the owners is coeliac, so these guys are really clued up on cross contamination etc.
I had the pan fried fillets of sea bass as a main, and the lemon and strawberry meringue roulade as dessert; I have honestly never eaten food that tasted so good!
I’d recommend booking in advance as the restaurant isn’t massive and is very popular.
